STEP 1
Design Consultation
Connect with MSE via phone or email to start working closely with our experienced design team to create a mock-up of your perfect uniform. Provide details on colors, logos, and any specific design elements you desire.
STEP 2
Artwork Approval and Deposit
- Once the mock-up is finalized and meets your expectations, we will provide you with the artwork for final approval.
- A 50% deposit is required to initiate the production process.
- After receiving your deposit, we will begin the production process. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery from the date the artwork is approval.
STEP 3
Shipment Notification and Final Payment
- When your custom sports uniforms and apparel are ready for shipment, our team at MSE will contact you to confirm the shipment details.
- The remaining 50% of the payment is due before the merchandise leaves our MSE offices in Campbellford, Ontario.
- Once the final payment is received, we will promptly ship your order to the provided address.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
